The company´s first milestone
Elena worked for nine years in the pharmaceutical industry in various management and leadership positions. She was responsible for the management and implementation of drug registration, price setting, categorization of drugs, drug quality management, medical support, and pharmacovigilance. Considering access, she is familiar with conditions in Slovakia, European countries, and other countries worldwide. She also has experience with the access of the health technologies from the other side when she heldsenior management positions at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and in the state and subsequently also private insurance company for seven years. Since 2009, she has lectured pharmaco-economics at the Slovak Medical University. Her pharmaco-economics posts are repeatedly presented as posters at ISPOR conferences.
The company´s second milestone:
Martina has worked in the pharmaceutical industry in various positions since 2002. During her practice, she was responsible for sales, strategy development, implementation, and the management of KEE managers in the hospital and prescription product segment. She has deep knowledge of healthcare system and as well she is very skilled in KEE management within majorities of specializations.
She was a member of an international team, and participated in the development of strategy and marketing activities for EU countries.
During her practice, she was involved in the development of several national guidelines and recommendations.
In the period 2013-2016, as the general director of IMUNA PHARM, a.s. she broadened her knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry by all issues related to the manufacturing of drugs, as well as medical devices and food supplements. She managed projects supported by the European Union (European Fund of Regional Development).
Her curriculum vitae was published in the Oxford Encyclopaedia in 2016.
